“ Abbiamo scelto questo posto stupendo nel cuore si Capracotta e abbiamo trovato un accoglienza a dir poco spettacolare! Lo Chef che fa anche accoglienza è un valore aggiunto... Abbiamo scelto le nostre portate dal menù e come entre' ci hanno servito un assaggio di vellutata di lenticchie al sentire di tartufo...l'ho molto apprezzata! I titolari sono persone solari, gentili e accoglienti, che portano in tavola una cucina attenta al territorio e alla messa in tavola dal tocco moderno, ma non lezioso e fine a sé stesso. Gli ingredienti narrano la storia di un Molise contadino e montanaro, generoso e semplice, con una raffinatezza naturale che riflette la bellezza dei luoghi in cui si incastona l’Elfo.
